VoipBlast is offering “cheap or free VOIP calls” to various countries. VoipBlast is another new service by dellmont. The call rate offered is 0.7 cent to INDIA landline phone and one cent to mobile phone. This rate is probably the cheapest right now. But there is a cache, unlike other Betamax or Dellmont services this service has a connection fee for each pc2phone call, which is 3.9 cents/call. However the same charge is applied for the phone2phone calls, which makes is less than other services where you were paying 5 cents as connection fee.

We recommend this service to the phone 2 phone users, however paying 3.9 cents as connection fee of PC to Phone calls to India landline makes it cheapest in the world if you are talking for more than 13 minutes.

Did u see the connection charges.Even actuallY haven't made call.Just tried and I saw the phone ringing and I disconnected the call.But still got charged the connection fee.
Anything we can do about ths?I raised a ticket with the customer support.
If they are not going to help me on this I am going to block the charge on my credit card.

The connection fee is in their policy as soon as you press the call button the connection charges are debited from your amount even in your call duration is 0. I think nothing can be done about it as they have very poor customer support and they have NO REFUND policy in any case.
About blocking the charge on the credit card, I do not have any idea, how does it work in USA after you have made the successful payment. If you are able to do it, then it is good otherwise try to use the full credit and then change to another voip service like jumblo and don't use the same credit card which you have already used. Try to use paypal or reseller options.
