Actually, more in line with reality would be a plan that gives us half the time for half the price! I wish they had $250 minutes for $7.50 a month - I would go for it. It is more flexible for people who call India frequently, but not to excess.
ReplyDeleteThank you For the post
ReplyDeleteYou can see several other Free Phone echniques on the site http://www.freecalltips.com
I went through the ALLVOI.com website. A few things I noticed,
ReplyDelete- The monthly cost goes upto $30 including taxes after 6 months
- The VOIP service is only provided in USA, unlike other providers who give the VOIP service in India. 500 minutes works out to 6 cents a month for 30$ service.
- I had signed up for Mpingi before, which came with the same advertising campaign and then went bust.
I am now looking to get a Telifu.com connection which provide the VOIP service in India and also has an unlimited plan to call any number in India. If I find any other vendors, I will follow up.
Cheers,
Rachna
To be honest i have never had a better sevice then ALLVOI, i'm working in IT for 3 years in New Mexico and there are no better connections to India. I have also given it to my freinds in San Jose, New Jersey and Chicago. They love it too.
ReplyDeleteI also like they dont need any contracts, because my assignment may end and i may have to go back to India anytime now with this Satyam mess
There is a CATCH if you are planning for ALLVOI...ADDITIONAL $9.99 for softphone & adapter usage
ReplyDeleteIf your adapter is powered on (which is always the case)..you cannot use your softphone unless you pay $9.99 per month additional fee
This is A PROBLEM
