Review--

We can easily realize that most of the features are common except a few like Softphone availability and Outlook integration. The only issue which we realize is 12 month commitment and initial fee. If company is taking a 12 month commitment, then I think fees like Activation fee and one time fee should be eliminated. One more thing, company has not defined any Fair usage limit for Unlimited calling Plans. So please go through these points before signing up for the Broadvoice Unlimited World Plus Plan.

  1. If you call India that much, go for it. For me, not even close in value! I find pay-as-you-go is always the best deal. Apparently, no company is going to get the short end of the stick with these Unlimited plans. They are ALWAYS stacked in favor of the provider. The customer always seems to lose in the end!

  3. I've had the Unlimited World Plus Plan for almost 2 years. Received an email indicating “possible abuse” from them and that they had changed my plan due to “more than normal activity”. I explained that my wife makes international calls her family regularly (as she's done for almost 2 years) and was recently out of the country visiting them for about 6 weeks. I asked them to compare current activity to activity prior to March. They did and agreed to restore my plan on the phone, but later sent another email saying I'd have to agree to some terms before they restore my service. I agreed to continue to pay for the service I've had since Oct '08, but didn't agree to their new plan. So, they charged my credit card about $70 (in addition to the $42 monthly payment already charged 2 weeks ago). I've had no response from them for at least 3 days.

  4. Dispute the $70 charge to your bank, they would do inquiry and give the money back.
