Pay per Call plan from Tata Indicom Review and comparison

TATA Indicom, CDMA service of TATA Teleservices Ltd has begun a new price war in Mobile industry in INDIA. TATA Indicom has introduced "pay per call" plan for its Prepaid Customers. After Docomo launch, This is the most popular step by TATA Teleservices. Of course DOCOMO is GSM segment of TATA Teleservices.

Now coming to "Pay Per call" Plan...
** Starter Pack of Rs99 with 10 Year validity
** Local call at Rs 1/call with maximum call duration of 10 min
** STD call at Rs 3/call with maximum call duration of 10 min
** Pack will not be Applicable on Roaming

If you consume full 10 minutes Tariff will be--

** Local call at 10 paise/min
** STD call at 33 paise/min

Now Will It be useful?

-- No Need to discuss about Local calls as already so many plans are available with every Mobile service Provider for cheap or free local calls

-- Coming to STD plan

1. If you talk so long

Max call duration is 10 min with Pay per Call Plan. If you make real long duration call then just look on the other plans

Reliance Rs490 voucher gives 1500 mins calls to any Reliance number in INDIA
Reliance Rs999 voucher gives unlimited calls to any Reliance number with Extra talk time
TATA Indicom unlimited calls in 699 Rs

2. If you Talk a little

Pay Per call Plan with each call costing 3Rs, will be a costly deal for short callers.TATA DOCOMO is offering 1 paisa/sec call. TATA DOCOMO is best for short callers.

As per FreeVcalls this plan is just for publicity. I think TATA Indicom should rethink about the call limit
Now just decide which plan will be best for you ....
