Transfer contacts between Betamax and Dellmont VoIP calling softwares

Betamax/Dellmont keep on launching new brands with reduced call rates and after increasing the calling rate previously launched brands. For eg., they were offering half cent call with smartvoip, then increased to 1.1 cent and lunched actionvoip, jumblo and rynga with 0.7 cents and again increased the rates. Switching VoIP company is never an easy solution, and when it comes to address book contacts, its really a problem. Today will tell you how to manage your contacts with just one click.

Now lets take an example of moving contacts
from Actionvoip >> Rynga

Export the contacts from actionvoip to PC:
First login to actionvoip software
Tools >> Archive contacts >> Backup contacts to file
It will download yourusername.vcf file in your PC. vcf file is an address book file.

Import the contacts in rynga from PC:
Then login to rynga software
Tools >> Archive contacts >> Restore contacts to file
select yourusername.vcf file from your PC (select the file manually)

Now you can see all your contacts in rynga.., You can follow the same procedure if you are using different VoIPs. We hope that  this article was useful for you.
