We have tried to contact them regarding fair usage limit and here is what we got from them--
"Sales Team: There is no amount of minutes allowed per month for the Unlimited Plans. The Unlimited Plans are monitored in several ways including but not limited to: length of calls, numbers called, time of day calls are made, overlapping calls, interval between calls, number of calls per day, number of attempted calls and other factors used to determine a users calling habits." - Calling plans are restricted for use by only a single InPhonex number/SIP device to prevent abuse. Unlimited calling plans allow for one simultaneous call and are not designed for users who wish to send multiple calls at the same time.
- $19.95/month is only valid if you pay $239.40 once a year.
Final Words
iNPHONEX provides variety of VoIP services with different plans for both residential and business users. Calls features are nice and we have tested the quality via soft phone, it was good enough. The only thing which we have doubt is Fair usage limit for which even there sales team doesn`t have any proper answer. Overall the service is good, we request our readers to share there experience with us through comments..
Before subscribing just think "Is unlimited calling plan value for money?"

I just switched to the InPhonex US/Canada plan. They ported my Canadian number in about 2 weeks. I'm now paying $19.95 per month instead of $36.90 with Bell and have features like call forwarding and voicemail for free that I had to pay for before. I'm so happy to be rid of Bell!
ReplyDeleteI believe that VoIP services will be the future of communication. I just see how fast Skype applications and add-ons are being developed to attain more telephony features.
ReplyDeleteDear All,
ReplyDeleteI have signup Residence Monthly Unlimited plan from InPhonex for residence use. After 10 Days they have send me email to upgrad your service to business plan. They are saying that your are using your service for business purpose.
I would suggest to do not take unlimited residence plan they are cheating with us.
They do not mentioned the fare use policy for his service so be careful to signup unlimited plan.
Thanks
Tanweer
