Free calls are already offered by the betamax group of services like, voipcheap, lowratevoip etc but there is a charge of 5 cents as a connection fee.
Voipax GmbH, a new VoIP service is offering free calls to to 41 popular destinations including US, UK, Italy. There is no connection fee as 5 cents charged by Betamx . Voipax also 20 mins free calls to each registered user to try its service.., Unfortunately India, Pakistan, china, vietnam etc are not included in free destination.

After successful registration, either you can download the softphone or make call from your web area using phone to phone facility.
They have policies quite similar to betamax, but they are not really the betamax provider but still I am not sure.
If you want to call free for more than 20 mins, you need to buy the credit or you need to go for another registration. The paid users are entitled to make 300 min of free calls in one week for 120 days (four months), you can pay 10 EUR to make four months of absolutely free calls.

This service is not good to make calls to paid destination, because its bit costly then betamax services.
